Method 1: Recovery Rom

Step 1: Download MIUI 9.1 Nougat Rom for Redmi Y1 zip file and rename this zip file as “update.zip” like miui_MIMAXGlobal_V9.1.2.0.MBCMIDL_754e317c95_6.0.zip to update.zip.
